A little voice nudged me to check out the Add/Remove control panel thereafter. <img src="http://icelava.net/emoticons/emotion-5.gif" alt="Wink" /><br /> <br /> Should I say that I am pleased, or should i say FINALLY! the new installer takes into account previous installations of older versions and properly removes them, knowing it has no <a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/technologyinfo/versioncomparison/default.aspx">side-by-side</a> operational feature.<br /> <br /> No longer do I have look at that list of historical records documenting the versions that have graced my machine:<br /> <br /> Firefox 1.0 PR<br /> Firefox 1.0<br /> Firefox 1.0.1<br /> Firefox 1.0.2<br /> <br /> Now it is just a happy little "Firefox 1.0.3"; i know <i>which</i> to select if I need to uninstall now. But, it is more likely 1.0.4 will get installed over, and then even more, before I will reach a point of time where i decide to uninstall for real.<br /> <br /> Till IE 7.0 then.....<br />
