Has it ever bugged you? That there are a variety of background Windows services running in your Windows XP or Vista system, and you cannot readily identify the process that is running that service? Typically, system level services are encapsulated in svchost.exe host processes. Multiple services can even be grouped in a single svchost.exe. But by looking at Task Manager, we still cannot tell which svchost.exe is hosting which service.
