There are many ways to come into disagreement. For some reason, we humans are rarely able to accept that notion of others outright rejecting our ideas and directly claiming we are wrong. How can this possibly happen? I am always right! ;-)
More so to the manner and tone in which we challenge, rather than the technical challenge itself. There is just something not right about the human vibe that finds it difficult to swallow such direct confrontations.
How can we, as the initiators of such challenges, soften the "blow" and lead the "wrong doer" into a more calm and mature discussion that most adults are incapable of? Instead of exclaiming "you're wrong!" or even "I disagree", how about
