What is the cheapest and smallest type of multi-meter I can get locally to test voltage and current with a car/bike battery?

You can try those shops that sell DIY equipment.Most multimeters i've used comes in the size of a PDA.Never saw anything smaller although there could be some multimeters like that on the market.
