    Casshern

This looks good. Wanna go catch it at the cinemas?

    Re: Casshern

I saw the Casshern shorts many months back. Yes rather cool indeed. But Japanese movie making usually leaves much to be desired, a pale comparison versus their anime productions. So I have a 50/50 expectation here.

No Singapore group is planning to feature it here as far as I have checked.

    Yes [Y] Re: Casshern

Ah.... it's exclusive to Cathay. I did not check that; only Golden Village and Shaw.

I'm on. Who's interested in this as well?

Broken Heart [U] Verdict is in

    As with my subject icon.

But I was expecting the story to suck. And it did, so I was not surprised by the "ramblous" plot and dialogue. What I was disappointed big time was the lousy action/fight screenplay and direction. Jerky and blur, even anime with still-frame sliders are a way superior technique.

I initially wanted to exercise some wit into this and produce a full-fledge review but decided not to waste my time as I have real business matters to settle for now.
